He is an advocate of corporate governance, due diligence and change management.

He has consistently and successfully implemented a marketing systems development strategy in all the subsidiaries of the Cornerstone Group for more than two decades.

He has been serving on the board, for the past 20 years as an executive director of Africa Christian Medical Missions Incorporated (ACMMI) –a not-for profit organization in the United States that has undertaken successful philanthropic projects in all the Caribbean countries and most of Africa.
